We prepare Asian rice dishes multiple times in a week at home because most recipes are flavore-packed, easy to prepare, budget-friendly meals that do not require special equipment.

My focus in this collection was to highlight rice dishes from across the continent. Fried rice is probably the most common Asian rice dish that will come to your mind when you think of rice and Asia, but I really wanted to go beyond that.
