BUT I love to eat amazing REAL homemade food, not only because I know what's in it, but also because it tastes the way I and my family enjoy it.

I created this space to let you in on a world of quick and easy recipes that are bursting in flavors.
The specialty of MasalaHerb.com is to combine the best food discoveries from around the world with our eternal love for traveling.
We, I and Paul (my husband), travel to unique and precious places around the world.
Yet, realisticaly we tend to eat more than we travel....
I cook a lot with herbs and spices (hence the name Masala Herb) and we travel together (and Paul bakes Madeleine cakes occasionally)
I make it my mission to share the knowledge that we learned from our travels.
I share recipes from around the world that are true to the taste, that are healthier and logical easy to recreate. Even for a beginner cook!
