Scrumtpious medium pan-fried beef steak with herb butter recipe - Cooked in 10 minutes!

Sometimes I just feel like enjoying a juicy, perfectly cooked piece of red meat.

We grew up with tender beef steaks and Schnitzel, so once in a while I get that craving.

It takes over my senses and even my mind. At some point, I end up thinking only about beef steaks.

Weeks after my last steak I catch myself day dreaming about a moist flavorful piece on my tongue.

In time, this behavior gets even worse, where one can see me looking into the far while drooling uncontrollably.

I heard that herbed butter was the secret to the success of many steakhouses. I'm going to try this and see if the rumour is accurate. 🙂

This is totally different to how I cook steaks but they sound delicious. I'm glad you're getting your cooking mojo back on and are able to find all the ingredients you love.

I had no idea that beef was banned in some places in India and so hard to get in other states! I am glad you will be filling up on it in Europe and I hope to see more delicious dishes on here, Helen!

This looks fabulous. The compound butter sounds delicious with that juicy steak! I can't even imagine the reaction to a beef shortage in the US!

So nice to see a post from you again! Hope things are going well for you. Anyway, I love meat too -- although we don't really eat that much of it, it's one of those things that when you crave it, you need it. Terrific recipe -- thanks.

Yep ... too much of a good thing can eventually get old. Understand why you can't look at a chicken anymore. 🙂 We don't eat a lot of beef but when we do, it's usually a nice juicy steak. You now have me craving one. Love the herb butter as a condiment! We're planning on picking up some steaks these week, so I'm going to have to try this. Thanks Helene!
