    Halloween Food Ideas

I love Halloween, especially if the costumes, decor, and food look realistically scary. Yes, sometimes I do get goofy, as I did with my healthy coco loco brain juice.

But my Halloween heart goes out for the ghoulish insect treats, the scary-looking brain dips, and the gross main course, which looks like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre in the making.

Do you feel the same way about Halloween foods? Do you want to scare the sh*t out of your party guests? Are you tired of the childish cutie pie Halloween food ideas out there?

Creepy Halloween Candy Creatures with Marzipan
Creepy Halloween Candy Creatures with Marzipan

I have scoured the internet and asked my blog friends to share their spookiest, eeriest Halloween food ideas with us.

Below you will find a mixed collection of sweet candy, drinks, dinner ideas, Halloween finger foods, appetizers, and dessert. Discover Halloween potluck food ideas, cool party foods, and dinner recipes.

Heck, you can even organize a ghoulish Halloween office party with some of these disturbingly realistic Halloween food recipes.

Hey Helene, thanx for the great ideas ! BTW, your friend has the right idea about fasting : FIRST, the bible tells us over & over to "fast and pray", SECONDLY, scientists, now, know that fasting is healing. When fasting correctly, the body will 'eat' (a little halloween pun here,) scar tissue, damaged cells, in essence, CANCER CELLS ! As a Christian, I believe that this is one of God's commandments with promise : when He commands us to pray, we
get a bonus. THIRD, I have been intermittent-fasting since Nov. 11, 2019. (off and on) I lost sixteen pounds in two
months, eating whatever I wanted ONE meal a day, nothing in my mouth that tells the brain that I'm eating : no
mints, gum flavored water...only black coffee. The first two weeks I thought that I would die ! But our bodies
adjust. It is still hard sometimes, as we cannot account for folks stopping by with treats. If U want to know more,
Jen Stephenson (do a spell check,) in her book, 'Delay, Don't Deny,' is the best !

Ima gonna try all the recipes especially the feet loaf and give some my own twist. I did the brain mold once and c/n find watermelon so I used peach instead and the pet milk I was really surprised how real it looked and not certain if anyone would touch it let alone taste or eat it and I really had just made it for decorative props. It was so so good and tasty I was really shocked my 8 yr. old grandson even tried it . Now the worms just didn't turn out well. So I discarded them. I made alien eyeballs just using 1/2 of the mold and funny how the blueberries somehow shifted to the side so, they were labeled alien IZ BALZ and the iris was green and some blue we ate them! Mishaps w/some recipes.
