Instructions
Rinse rice flakes a few times in clear water to remove all impurities until the water is clear.
Spread rice flakes on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry.
Keep shredded coconut ready, raisins and crushed jaggery.
In a bowl combine the jaggery, rice flakes, shredded coconut and raisins and mix well.
Serve up and enjoy straight away at room temperature.
