Meat Stuffed Patty

 Pan Squash

Prepare your squash by cutting off the top to create a "hat". Hollow your squash.

Step 1

Cut your leftover squash flesh small, which you took out from the center and keep aside.

Step 2

Sprinkle with olive oil, season with black pepper and salt. Bake.

Step 3

In a bowl combine the stuffing ingredients including the ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil, thyme, oregano, and the cut squash pieces.

Step 4

Place roasted squash into a baking dish and stuff with the ground meat mixture. Close with the top lid-like hat.

Step 5

Add seasoned tomato sauce to baking dish. Bake the squash.
