Add the all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Combine the dry ingredients.
Make a well in the center and pour in the olive oil and some of the water. Don't add all the water at once but instead add some water, a bit at a time, during the mixing process.
Start to combine the ingredients by hand or with a kitchen machine.. Form gradually a ball by adding some water at a time. The aim should be a smooth nonsticky ball of dough. If it's too sticky add a small quantity of flour if it's too dry add a few drops of water.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and top it with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 400 Fahrenheit/ 200 Celsius for about 13 minutes or until crisp and baked through.

Notes
Add water step by step to your flour. You will need around 1 cup/200 ml. It can be little less or little more. Adjust to your needs. This is because not every flour is the same and it also depends on your climate. A wet climate will need little less water, a dry climate little more compared.
