A tropical themed salad with sweet pineapple chunks, juicy tomatoes, crunchy iceberg salad and a tart passion fruit dressing.

Passion Fruit

Canned Pineapple Ring

Cilantro

Instructions
Start out with the dressing. Place the pulp of a passion fruit into a mixing bowl and add to that the oil, salt and black pepper.
1 Passion Fruit,
1 Tablespoon Oil,
pinch Salt,
pinch Black Pepper
Combine the dressing ingredients to a smooth salad dressing.
Prepare your fresh and clean ingredients. Cut the tomatoes into two and chop up the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
12 Cherry Tomatoes,
½ Iceberg Lettuce
Cut the pineapple slice into smaller chunks.
1 Slice Canned Pineapple Ring
Place the tomato halves, iceberg lettuce and pineapple chunks into a bowl. Pour the passion fruit dressing over the salad ingredients.
Mix it all up and top with chopped fresh cilantro.
