Garlic-flavored small, bite-sized bruschetta topped with juicy, diced, fresh, and flavorful tomatoes. The Italian snack or appetizer is everyone's favorite!
Leave the seasoned tomato to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Peel garlic, cut it in half lengthwise, and pull out the seedling. Discard the seedling. Use the garlic to rub against the bruschetta. Rub each bruschetta with the inner cut garlic side.
