Instructions
Peel and grate the garlic super fine with a garlic/ginger grater, or take the garlic through a garlic press.

Place the mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Add the salt, ground pepper and grated garlic to the mayonnaise.
1 Cup Mayonnaise,

pinch Black Pepper Ground,

Mix it all together so that the garlic aioli is well incorporated.
Use the dipping sauce straight away, or store in your fridge in a jar or airtight container.
