Keep all the fresh ingredients cut, measured, and ready.
Heat a large skillet with the oil and stir in directly the sliced cabbage. Cook briefly over a high heat for a minute or two, stirring frequently.
2 Tablespoon Oil, 4 Cups Cabbage
Keep on the same high heat setting all the time. Make space in the center of the pan and drop in the chopped/shredded ginger, garlic, and sliced white onion bulbs.
1 Inch Ginger Fresh, 3 Clove Garlic, 3 Stalks Green Onion
Mix everything well and stir-cook for 1-2 minutes.
Make space again in the center of the pan and drop in the ground beef with the soy sauce, vinegar, and water.
1 Pound Ground Beef, 5 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, 3 Tablespoon Vinegar, ¼ Cup Water
Quickly stir-cook to separate the meat pieces. There should be no chunks.
Cook down the cabbage and ground beef until the liquids have completely dissolved. This can take 5 minutes or more depending on your stove.
Take it from the heat and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion stalks. Serve hot.

Ground beef can be regular or lean.I like to use black and white sesame seeds.Makes about 3-4 servings.
