Arrange them colorwise from green, white, yellow, orange to red on the wooden sticks.
For the yogurt dip, remove the coconut flesh out of its shell.
1 cup Coconut Meat
Place coconut fruit flesh with yogurt and sweetener into a blender jar or food processor. You can also blend it in a jar with a powerful immersion blender.
2 Tablespoon Jaggery or Sugar or Honey, ½ Cup Yogurt
Blend to a smooth dip.
Keep fruits and dip in the refrigerator until serving time.
