Bubbling hot oven-roasted fruits and brie cheese, prepared in individual baking dishes and topped with cozy fall flavors. A small treat to enjoy as a special brunch or dessert.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Prepare your fruits first. Cut the top off your figs and quarter them. Core the apple, quarter it, and cut it into smaller chunks. Cut the plums in half if they are small or larger ones into smaller chunks.
2 Fig, ½ Apple, 2 Plums
Arrange the cut fruits in your baking dish. Each dish should contain 2 plum halves, a quartered apple cut into chunks, and a quartered fig. Keep a small space free for the grapes, which will be added after the baking process.
Prepare 2 slices of brie wedges for each dish. Place the brie over the plum halves, which are facing cut side upwards.
2 small Brie Cheese Wedges
Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
Dash Cinnamon
Bake the fruits and brie for about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) or until the fruits are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Take out the baking dish and drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruits and cheese while it's still bubbling hot.
Drizzle Honey
Arrange the grapes in the reserved corner and serve your dish right away.
