Instructions
Smash boiled eggs in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and ground pepper to that. Mix it all well.

¼ Teaspoon Salt,
⅛ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
Evenly spread the egg salad over one bread slice.
4 Crustless White Bread Slices
Top with onion and tomato slices.

Arrange the cheese and bologna slices over that and close the sandwich.
