Add the hot water to a mixing container and throw in the powdered gelatin. Combine the two ingredients to a smooth consistency.
1 cup Hot Water, 2 Tablespoon Gelatin Unflavored
Wait for the gelatin-water mix to cool a bit and add the powdered sugar and champagne. Mix in as well.
2 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar, 1 cup Champagne
Prepare your mold or cups. You can add some sugar sprinkles as decoration.

Mix your liquid Jell-O shot mixture again before pouring it into the molds or cups.
Pour jello shot liquid into molds and cups.
Leave the Jell-O shots to stand so that they get set and shape up. This can take 8 hours and sometimes less and sometimes more (depending on the environment temperature).
Serve them up in cups (easy way) or unmold and serve. Keep them in a cool place always until serving time because they can melt.
