Locate the mango seed core in the fruit, the flattened core fills the wider sides of the fruit. Cut the 2 sides close to the core.
Peel the seed core strip and cut around the core so that you are left with mango pulp.
Peel the 2 mango sides, which you cut off earlier. Collect all the mango fruit pulp in a bowl.
Cut Dragon Fruit
Cut the dragon fruit top off and then into 2.
Spoon the fruit flesh out so that you are left with the pink skin.
Collect dragon fruit pulp with the mango in a bowl.
Blend
Blend the mango and dragon fruit pulp together to a well-combined smoothie and serve up.
Notes
Add sugar, honey, or stevia to sweeten. Not a must, I didn't add any to mine, but I don't like sugar. It depends on the natural sweetness of your fruits too.
You can make this smoothie even thicker by freezing extracted fruit pulp before turning the fruits into this smoothie.
