Add the hot water to a mixing container and throw in the powdered gelatine. Combine the two ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Wait for the gelatine water mix to cool a bit and add the powdered sugar and champagne.. Mix in as well.
Prepare your mold or cups. You can add some sugar sprinkles in as decoration.
Mix your liquid jello shot mixture again before pouring into the molds or cup.
Pour jello shot liquid into molds and cups.
Leave the jello shots to stand so that they get set and shape up. This can take 8 hours and sometimes less and sometimes more (depending on the environment temperature).
Serve them up in cups (easy way) or unmold and serve. Keep in a cool place always until serving time because they can melt.
