Here is a basic fried rice seasoning recipe, which you can use to prepare your own mix and match fried rice dinner meal.

Basic Rice Seasoning

Sugar

Vinegar
i.e Rice vinegar or not all too strong Vinegar

Soy Sauce
all purpose

Sriracha Sauce
or Ketchup *See Notes
Add any of these (optional)
Few Drops
Fish Sauce

Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour over rice in wok and stir fry.
Notes
Use sriracha to make it spicy and ketchup if you don't want it spicy.
You can add any of the extra optional ingredients but you don't have to.
