Place on each bacon piece a little smokie sausage and roll it in.
Secure with a toothpick. (to serve as an appetizer or skip toothpick if you intend to serve as a dinner dish).
Place bacon wrapped sausages on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake until crisp and golden at 350° Fahrenheit/ 180° Celsius. Mine took about 10 minutes, your's might take longer as it depends on the quality and the fat content in your bacon.
Serve still warm with a cold dipping sauce.
Notes
My bacon slices are thin cut slices. About 6.7 inches/ 17 centimeters long and 1½ inch/ 4 centimeters broad. Yours might be larger or smaller so you will need to adjust the quantit if that is the case.
