Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame
Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame are fashionable french toasted ham and cheese sandwiches. The difference is just an egg. This preparation underneath is for one, just double the ingredients for two and so on.

Ingredients
For the Croque Monsieur
2
Bread Slices
Soft Butter
2
Emmentaler Cheese Slices
1
big Ham slice or 2 small
Marjoram or Oregano Dried
optional
For the Croque Madame
Add one egg + 1 tablespoon Butter or oil to the above ingredient list
Instructions
Preheat your Toaster press.
Spread some butter evenly on the inner bread slice sides.
Top one bread slice with the cheese and ham slices.
Sprinkle some marjoram or oregano. (optional)
Close the sandwich with the other buttered bread slice.
Place into the Toaster press and close the toaster slightly pressing down the device cover. Toast for about 5 minutes or until crunchy on the outside.
For the Croque Madame repeat the same process until you have a ready to eat Croque Monsieur.
Add some oil to a frying pan and fry your Egg soft.
Place the egg on top of the Croque Monsieur and it turns into a Croque Madame.
Serve warm with a green lettuce salad at the side.
