Place yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
¾ cup Yogurt, 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, pinch Salt, pinch Black Pepper Ground
Combine and whisk together all ingredients.
Keep in the fridge covered until further use. Serve up with meats, seafood, or veggies as a dip.

You can choose your yogurt to make this recipe. For a thick sauce, use thick Greek yogurt, Skyr or hung curd. For a thinner, more liquid sauce, use regular yogurt or something like french yogurt.Please see post for flavor ideas. You can enhance this yogurt lemon sauce by adding other ingredients.
