Creole seasoning is a blend of dried spices and herbs. This Creole seasoning recipe comes together really quick and can be made in small batches whenever you need your seasoning in your cooking.
Store the seasoning mixture into an airtight container for future use or use directly in your cooking.
Notes
To make the creole seasoning with whole spices and herbs (not powdered) from scratch follow the instructions in the related homemade cajun seasoning recipe.
You can double or triple (or multiply by 5!) the recipe to make a bigger quantity of the creole seasoning, however, it's not needed because it's so easily put together. You are better off making the creole seasoning each time again when you are planning to use it the same day in your cooking.
