A sandwich makes my day and a sandwich satisfies my appetite.
Without Sandwiches the world would be boring and empty.
As a food lover I can’t forget this simple but fascinating lunch and picnic treat, so of course I decided it was about time to share my Ham Sandwich Recipe, the one that I enjoy the most lately.
There is no science behind a Sandwich and I hadn’t met anybody yet who didn’t enjoy a little “surprise” filling between a bun.
So naturally I was inspired to make it once again and dress it nicely, place it carefully so to shoot it and hold the moment and to share another mouth watering lunch for the food-porn watchers in us.
I got carried away (once again) and kept taking pictures avidly when I realized that the heat was killer on that day.
So that’s how I made me some Limonana, which by the way goes
very well with the ham sandwich.
I just can’t help it with Sandwiches!
If somebody would know how much time I spend just starring at sandwiches in Pinterest, they would shake their head and proclaim that I am a sandwichist, a person who’s gone nuts for sandwiches.
Now, if you want you can out yourself to make me feel better, because I know for sure I am not the only one who just enjoys the thought of a homemade sandwich with fresh local ingredients.
I for once, have some fond memories connected to sandwiches.
It symbolizes comfort, freedom, simplicity.
You can eat it anywhere and they always come handy at the right time when the craving seems to kick in.
You can add whatever ingredient you desire, mix them up cut them small or keep them in a whole and create amazing new combination flavors which you had never even thought of.
So it isn’t surprising that the popular sandwich has traveled the world and gained an increasing “followership” in the last centuries.
So I am one of those who can’t abide the want to bite into a sandwich of joy, that might be non veg, veg, western style, Indian or any type and combination flavored sandwich.
I seem to know them all but each time, at an unprepared moment, I bump into another one that I have never had before.
One two ingredients changed can turn a sandwich to another new taste experience and that was the case when I discovered the goodness of adding Garlic butter into my ham sandwich.
I mean insane!
Who would have thought that a little touch of garlic butter could take me on a sandwich ride of pleasures.
That is why my dear friends I thought I should mention my discovery, as simple as it may seem, so that you can try it out for yourself and then of course I invite you to let me know in the comment section how you liked it.
