Serves: ~36 Madeleine
  • 130 g Butter + little extra for buttering the forms
  • 3 Eggs
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 3½ Tbs Dandelion Flower Jelly or Honey
  1. Start by melting the butter in a pan.
  2. In a bowl mix together the Butter, Eggs, Sugar and Milk.
  3. Continue to add the Flour and Baking powder and mix it all to a smooth dough.
  4. Now add the Dandelion Jelly or honey and mix it well again.
  5. Butter the Madeleine forms and fill in the dough as shown.

  6. Bake for 20 mins at 180 Celcius. Best enjoyed still warm!
