Return and Refund
‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the Seller, in this case M/S Masala Herb. The reasons for return include item was defective, item was damaged during shipping, wrong item was sent and products was/were missing.
‘Refund’ is defined as the action of giving back the money that the buyer paid for one or more items. The reasons why products shall not be eligible for refund include damage due to misuse of product, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, any item which has been used, any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, all other items originally included with the product/s delivered and also products that have been ‘made to order’ on customer’s request.
To return a purchased product and to be eligible for refund, the product should be completely new and unused. If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from M/S Masala Herb.
You need to raise the refund/return request within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will ask you to return the product to us.
Once you have raised a return request by contacting M/S Masala Herb, you will have to return the product and your money will be refunded in full within 14 working days once we receive the product and the unused product has been inspected by us. In case we’ve not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and you will be credited within a week.
All refunds are done on the original mode of payment. If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card. Please note that refunds are processed by respective banks and payment gateway. Their time frame may vary as per their policies. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, you will be sent a cheque within 14 days.
You may return the item via BlueDart services. Place the item into a box and paste a ‘Paid Return Shipping label’ on it so that the shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by M/S Masala Herb. Pay no additional charges. The return address can be found in the invoice.
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. We try to ship out orders in a timely manner so that you don’t have to wait for your masalaherb.com order so please keep that in mind when requesting a cancellation. If the package has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order. Please contact to notify us about your cancellation and do mention the order number.
