Hello my friends and readers! I have got a Creamy Mustard Dressing for you today but before I get to the quick salad dressing recipe I would like to mention some new things and features. First of all, you might have noticed the new sidebar Ingredient Conversion tool aka Simple Converter (developed by our Charles from Five Euro Food) which will help you to convert the most common Masala Herb Recipe ingredients from grams, milliliter into ounces and cups. This will be useful since I am used to grams and I did get a load of requests for converting recipe ingredients into cups and ounces. Unfortunately I don’t own a master converting brain, so this little tool should come handy. If you have any ingredient requests that are not listed in the tool yet, then just pop over to Charle’s awesome page and suggest in a comment the ingredient conversion, oh and feel free to donate a small sum if you like it. I want to thank Charles for developing this useful free tool, you saved us all from those annoying conversions! =D
Secondly, I have been working on improving your experience at Masala Herb. I am aware that some bugs still need my attention, however each issue will be addressed one step at a time. Now, of course I am not a super human, I am just a humble food writer, so there are always some kind of things that haven’t been brought to my attention. I want to know how you experience Masala Herb and what you like and dislike. Tell me what I should change and feel free to share your honest opinion. I won’t take it personally, my aim is to make this corner the best possible experience for you. So for this reason I have created a Survey.
The Survey doesn’t take more then 3 minutes of your time, so please if you can help me filling it out, I d be eternally grateful! The Survey is Anonymous, that means nobody, nor I, can see who has submitted what. The purpose of the Survey is to help me understand your wants and how you perceive your time at Masala Herb. All the collected information from each participant will help me understand what I can do better to improve your precious time at Masala Herb.
Now to the easy Creamy Mustard Dressing… I like to use this dressing for Pasta Salads or Potato Salads. Anything made of carbs makes sense and that is why Pasta and potato salads are just irresistible with this Homemade Dressing. To make the Dressing I use the Wholegrain Mustard which makes it all the more interesting. Find the homemade Wholegrain mustard recipe here or use the store bought variation.
- 2 Tablespoons Whole grain Mustard
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Cream
- pinch Salt
- pinch Pepper
- 2-3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar (adjust to your taste)
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Store it in a jar and keep it in the fridge until further use or use it directly and top your salad with the dressing.
