I really love the addition of mint here. This limonana is beautiful. Just pinned it. So glad you mentioned it as this post somehow missed my view. It is definitely getting warm here in San Diego, but we still have our gray days. This lemonade will make my kiddos smile!

As I read this refreshing recipe, it is BITTERLY cold outside and I feel in awe and envious that you are having summer weather. In fact, the weather was ten degrees warmer during the middle of the day just two days ago. Having said that, we had an amazingly hot summer, so I should be pleased for the cool change. I am going to bookmark your recipe for next summer Helene. And your first photograph is a beauty!

I'm trying to think back about whether I've tried this before and I don't believe I have. I love lemon-based drinks (and food or... mmm, sorbet!) in the hot months. It makes you feel so fresh and cool and I love the idea of adding the mint. Cooling and zingy to boot. Lovely photos as well Helene - it looks so summery! π
